We have built up key partnerships with a number of leading organisations around the world. Our Partners include Dell, TM Net, CIECC, Sichuan Telecom, RosettaNet and The Customer Value Group amongst others.
Dell
Headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, Dell is a premier provider of products and services required for customers worldwide to build their information-technology and Internet infrastructures. Dell’s climb to market leadership is the result of a persistent focus on delivering the best possible customer experience by directly selling standards-based computing products and services.
Dell was founded in 1984 by Michael Dell, the computer industry’s longest-tenured chief executive officer, on a simple concept: that by selling computer systems directly to customers, Dell could best understand their needs and efficiently provide the most effective computing solutions to meet those needs. This direct business model eliminates retailers that add unnecessary time and cost, or can diminish Dell’s understanding of customer expectations. The direct model allows the company to build every system to order and offer customers powerful, richly-configured systems at competitive prices. Dell also introduces the latest relevant technology much more quickly than companies with slow-moving, indirect distribution channels, turning over inventory every four days on average.

It comprises world-leading Electronic Components (EC), Computer & Consumer Electronics (CCE), Logistics (LG), Semiconductor Manufacturing (SM), Solution Provider (SP) and Telecommunications (TC) companies.
By establishing a common language — standard processes for the electronic sharing of business information — RosettaNet opens the lines of communication and a world of opportunities. Companies adopting RosettaNet standards strengthen trading-partner relationships, raise productivity and reduce costs. Enterprises providing implementation tools gain exposure and business relationships. Organizations supporting RosettaNet boost performance of the global supply chain. End users enjoy speed and uniformity, extending across various levels of business communications.
The key aspect of the standards developed by RosettaNet is Partner Interface Processes™(PIPs™). These define business processes between trading partners. PIPs fit into seven Clusters, or groups of core business processes, that represent the backbone of the trading network. Each Cluster is broken down into Segments – cross-enterprise processes involving more than one type of trading partner. Within each Segment are individual PIPs. PIPs are specialized system-to-system XML-based dialogs. Each PIP specification includes a business document with the vocabulary, and a business process with the choreography of the message dialog.
